The International Conference on Artificial Intelligence for Sustainable Development in Africa (AI4SD 2026), hosted by Mekelle University, serves as a premier platform for researchers, practitioners, policymakers, and industry leaders to explore transformative AI applications that advance sustainable development across the African continent.
Focusing on ethical, inclusive, and contextually relevant solutions, AI4SD 2026 aims to accelerate Africa's transition from technology adoption to innovation leadership in artificial intelligence.
Call for Papers
We invite original research papers, case studies, and position papers on the following thematic areas:
Submission Guidelines
- Abstract: Maximum 250 words (single paragraph) with 5–7 keywords
- Full Paper: 4–8 pages including all sections (references, appendices)
- Format: Times New Roman, Title (12pt), Body (11pt), Abstract (10pt)
- Spacing: Abstract (single-spaced), Body text (1.5 line spacing)
- Citation Style: IEEE format required
