 Mekelle University Empowers Tigray Police Force
​Mekelle University School of Law, in collaboration with MULAC–UNODC–EU, is hosting a two-day training (Feb 7–8) at the Northern Star Hotel to strengthen the region's criminal justice system.
​The program equips police officers with essential skills in:

    Democratic Policing in post-conflict settings.
    Human Rights Standards & Professional Ethics.
    Accountability & Transparency.
    Due Process & Legal Aid Services.
​Featuring insights from Dr. Zbelo Tesfamariam (MU) and Mr. Getahun Huluf (Tigray Police Commission), this initiative underscores a shared commitment to justice reform and the rule of law in Tigray.
