Lecture on Prevention of Looted Heritage Selling and Restitution Kicks Off at IPHC Building, MU.

The IPHC, MU is hosting a lecture on the monitoring of online selling of looted heritage, in collaboration with Wuqro Museum.
Led by Dr. Jorg Lehman, a researcher in digital cultural heritage, and Detective Chief Superintendent Andreas, the lecture will focus on mechanisms for monitoring the online sale of looted heritage and strategies for restitution.
 Participants include representatives from Mekelle University, Wuqro Museum, the Tigray Culture and Tourism Bureau, Atseyohans Museum, Martyrs Museum, and various other stakeholders.
In conjunction with the lecture, the IPHC Director, Habtom Teklay, and the trainees engaged in discussions about future training opportunities and institutional collaborations.
