A delegation from Mekelle University, including Dr. Fana Hagos, Dr. Abdulkadir Kedir, Dr. Goitom Hadush, Mr. Hailemicheal, and Dr. Shi Yong Sheng, visited the Chinese Embassy in Ethiopia and held discussions with H.E. Dr. Shen Qin Min and Mrs.Zhang Ya Wei. The meeting served as a key step in fostering a partnership between Mekelle University and the embassy while exploring opportunities for academic collaboration with Chinese universities. Additionally, the delegation visited the local headquarters of leading construction companies in Addis Ababa, China Jiangsu International E.T.C.G, Ltd and China Jiangxi Zhongmei International Group, to discuss potential areas of collaboration.
